The larger size not only makes your envelope stand out from #10 envelopes, but it also gives you more room to add a colorful slogan or call to action to your design. It also mails at the same rate as #10 envelopes, so you can make a bigger impact for the same postage cost. A 6x9 can also be used for greeting cards, giving you a dual option for use.

  2. The #10 business envelope is the most common size used for letter mailings.

    If the standard #10 envelope is best for you, you can still make it stand out from the rest by including colorful graphics or an offer or intriguing tagline in a different color. You are not limited to the front of the envelope though, adding something to the back or flap can call extra attention to your mailing.

  3. Use premium paper.

    This may seem like a small thing, but printing business envelopes on premium paper gives a professional impression, which means your envelope and contents will not be confused with “junk mail.”

You can customize your envelopes to fit the needs of your business.

  • Indicate if you need a full-color or 1-color design. 

    The former works for a color combination, while the latter works for a simpler look.

  • Choose the right envelope size. 

    Envelope sizes depend on the color format. 
    Full-color envelopes are available in A6, A7, #9, and #10 premium envelopes; 6” x 9”, 9” x 12”, and 10” x 13” book and catalog envelopes. The 1-color envelopes come in A2, A6, A7, #10, and 6” x 9” or 9” x 12” booklet envelopes.

  • Select a quantity that works with your mail correspondences. 

    You can order at least 25 full-color and 250 1-color envelopes, and up to 250,000 full-color and 100,000 1-color envelopes.


Design your own or use our professional design services.  Our rates are $75 per hour with two PDF proofs included.  3-5 proofs are $5 each.

Offset Envelopes: Printed on Offset presses.  One and two-color are available.  A great option for large runs. 

Digital Envelopes: Pre-converted & printed on high-tech digital equipment, these envelopes are available as 4/0 (full color on front-envelope face), 4/4 (full color on back flaps and 0/4 (no color on front and full color on back flaps). Digital Envelopes are also available with Variable Addressing, which is a convenient way to personalize each envelope and make your mailings a breeze.  A great option for wedding and shower invitations.
